Graduation Student Instruction
Command VP-30 as FRS, responsible for issuing each student proper gears upon report to the fleet. We have about 50 students graduating each month, which means about 700-ish parts that must be prepared ahead of time. So please read carefully (word by word); failure to follow the instructions may delay the check-out date.
1. Fill out the check-out sheet with the following link as soon as possible.

2. If you are selected for a gear fitting, we will notify you with a specific message to get fitted. Do not schedule a fitting unless you have received a text message that we are ready for you to be fitted. Once you receive the message, use the link below to schedule a visit (for volume spread purpose). Due to our limitations, not everyone will receive a text message.

3. Before you leave the command, everyone must stop by the PR Shop with their NATOPS Jacket to pick up their gear. Please come Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 0800 to 1200.
4. Please notify the PR SHOP immediately if you have a status change, including but not limited to:

– Personnel status change (medical hold, dropped, etc.)
– Class Rolling.
– Change of order.
– Some other reasons caused the delayed check-out.
